The mutant wasn't the first sign of trouble in paradise. Governed by stict laws, the dome city of Romdeau is spotless, orderly and nearly crime-free until a horrible series of murders -apparently the work of something unhuman- shocked the metropolis to its core, disrupting the lives of ordinary citizens and terrifyng city officials.
